Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Proven experience with 3+ years track record of establishing relationships and providing a consultative B2B sales approach.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.

• Prior experience within the recruitment or payroll industry.
  
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  
• Deep understanding of HR services and market trends, with insights to drive strategic growth.
