This role involves overseeing the entire process of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) requests, from initial inquiry to successful execution. The Project Manager will proactively identify new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships. Upon receiving a specific request, they will consult with the client, recommend suitable services, and provide pricing. After confirmation, the Project Manager will coordinate and manage the event or tour, ensuring smooth operation. Additionally, the role includes supporting business development, contributing to product innovation, and striving for operational excellence at every stage.
General Duties:
Manage the MICE English-speaking requests/projects
Set up innovative, original and creative programs
Supervise the itineraries and quotations of the staff in the market
In charge of the relations with tour operators overseas
Deal with the hotels and suppliers in Vietnam and establish a good relation
Welcome VIP clients
Accompany them on Inspections trips if required
Coordinate groups up on arrival in Vietnam and travel if required
Training/coaching to staff, new staff the sales skills, the products, handling, operating skills of MICE group requests
Update MICE products MICE newsletter to the agents
Support the Indian team, Inbound team (occasionally)
Reports to MICE Manager
Daily Duties:
Make proposal and quotation
Input of all MICE requests in software of ATV (Lemax)
Follow up on internal and external emails and incoming requests
Follow up on outstanding group requests
Double check itineraries and quotations
Coordinate on going and new group requests with branch offices
Liaise with accounting dept on incoming and outgoing payments
Coordinate with staff all outstanding issues & follow up on progress
Update Incentive data base
Create new programs, formats and templates
Find the new suppliers, new [protected info] MICE

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3 years working in tourism or MICE industry
Excellent in communication, interpersonal and team organization skill
Excellent in project management and planning.
Excellent in negotiation skill and carefulness
Excellent at English (writing and speaking) and other languages (Spanish, Italy or German ect.)
Able to work in dependently and in a team environment
Proficient in computer: Microsoft office, excel, internet and other useful soft-wares
Enjoy high pressure of work
Dynamic, independent, resourceful, matured and results oriented.
