Represent leadership in contacting, exchanging, and conveying information to relevant departments Plan and implement monthly and annual financial accounting control activities
Monitor compliance with financial accounting procedures and regulations
Independently monitor budgets, cash flow, and asset safety of units and the entire system
Participate in auditing the company's financial statements
Arrange work schedules, meetings, and business trips for BOD
Coordinate and support organizational work such as drafting invitations, arranging personnel, compiling reports and documents for meetings, conferences, or events attended by BOD
Advise and assist BOD in the company's development plan and direction
Support departments in implementing goals, plans, and policies as assigned by BOD
Meeting secretary and internal document drafting Regular reporting

Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, auditing, or law
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, experience in Financial Reporting Audit, internal financial control (budget, etc.) in the finance department or internal control department of medium and large enterprises in Vietnam
Prefer candidates with financial control experience in beauty-related businesses
Communication, persuasion, presentation, synthesis, and analytical skills
Evaluation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Problem-solving skills
Organizational and work management skills Objective, careful, highly responsible, meticulous in work
