ABOUT THE ROLE
The Odoo Technical Leader will be responsible for leading the technical development of a project for a client in the UAE. You will manage a team of senior full-stack developers and oversee the customization and implementation of Odoo and AWS solutions. This role requires a high level of expertise in both platforms and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 senior full-stack developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Act as the communication bridge between the product team, stakeholders, and technical team, ensuring clear interactions.
  
• Collaborate with the product team to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Oversee the design and customization of Odoo modules and AWS solutions to meet business needs.
  
• Lead the team in delivering high-performance solutions across Odoo and AWS platforms.
  
• Maintain high standards of code quality and security through regular reviews and best practices.
  
• Serve as the technical escalation point for issues, providing timely solutions.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work independently, with periodic team check-ins.
  
• Innovate and contribute ideas for improving technical solutions.
  

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:

• Strong experience in Odoo (3+ years in development, customization, and architecture), or p
  roven experience in AWS (building scalable solutions).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.

• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of full-stack developers.
  
• Experience working in collaborative environments, including managing cross-functional and remote teams.

DETAILS
Reporting Line: Reports to the project manager or technical director.
Team Management: Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 senior full-stack developers.
Compensation: 3,000 to 3,500 USD gross per month.

Engagement Type: 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid working model).
Working Time: 9 AM 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
