• Support & Internal Request Handling: Address and resolve internal requests related to my Twin (Out Systems platform).
• Application Development: Develop and maintain applications within the Out Systems environment.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform quality assurance and testing of developed solutions, ensuring alignment with BPMN processes.
• User Story Documentation: Capture, document, and refine user stories to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  

Your skills and experience

• Out Systems Certification: Must hold an Out Systems Associate Certification.
• Software Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Outsystems developer.
• UI/UX & HTML Skills: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in HTML.
• BPMN & Process Flow Knowledge: Solid understanding of BPMN and general process flows.

• Active Directory (AD) Setting: Experience with AD configuration and settings is highly desirable.
• Security Knowledge: Awareness of security principles and best practices is an advantage.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma is a plus.
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
