Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach Gen Z consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest growing regions in the world. We focus on optimizing operation by leveraging an in-house agency and the in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Platforms Growth: Achieve sales targets across multiple platforms, including social commerce and marketplaces.
Optimize Online Presence: Enhance brand visibility and customer experience on various online channels.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with platforms (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Tiktokshop…) partners.
Improve Operational Efficiency: Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Innovate and Adapt: Explore new business models and stay ahead of market trends.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform strategies and measure performance.
Customer Focus: Increase customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through digital marketing and a seamless customer experience.

II. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/retail, beauty & personal care.
Experienced with ads and affiliate marketing.
Have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to lead and work side by side with multi-level teams.
Strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving, skills and business acumen.
A proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internally and externally).
Excellent communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport and earn trust.
