Job Description:

• Design of Plumbing Systems: Work closely with customers to develop the designs (from concept to construction design phase) related to water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems for construction projects.
• Technical documentation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, materials and specifications for the projects.
• Codes and regulation: Ensures all plumbing designs and installations adhere to local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
• Coordination: Support design coordination with authorities, project owners, and other involved planners to ensure consistency and quality of documents.
• Personal managment: Manages the projects from conception to construction design, ensuring timely delivery.
• Quality control: Conducts quality assurance and quality control on own projects and projects of peers.
• Sustainable Solutions: Implement environmentally responsible and efficient plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with green building standards
• Other duties: as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in plumbing design for construction projects
• Qualified candidates: Bachelor of Water supply and drainage Engineering
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international design standards
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, CAD and other design software
• Languages: Vietnamese; English or German
• Work Ethic: Independent, efficient, and problem-solving mindset. Good organization and planning skill.

Working Conditions:

• Work 5 days/week from Monday to Friday.
