Job Title: Product Designer (UI/UX)
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to create visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with user needs and product goals.
• Develop designs that support both desktop and mobile environments, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Present and articulate design decisions, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and user-centric principles.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design approaches, integrating feedback into product iterations.
• Stay updated on trends in Web3, blockchain, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into design considerations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design with a focus on UI/UX. A strong portfolio showcasing prior work in UI/UX design, preferably in web3, gaming, or similar tech-driven fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is an advantage.
• Understanding of Web3: Interest or experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or related fields is highly valued.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex design challenges with a user-centric approach.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, effectively handling multiple design tasks with changing priorities.
