Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our Automated Sales Products, including livestream sales, chatbot, lead center, and other automated selling tools. You will be responsible for crafting the product vision and roadmap, working closely with marketing and sales teams, and driving product innovation that helps businesses automate and optimize their sales activities, especially in dynamic contexts like livestreaming and social commerce.
This role involves deep engagement with the product, as well as a hands-on approach to understanding customer needs, running pilots, and providing direct support to key clients.

This role involves deep engagement with the product, as well as a hands-on approach to understanding customer needs, running pilots, and providing direct support to key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automated sales products including livestream sales, chatbot, and lead center, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and new opportunities to grow the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, sales) to define product features, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely releases.
- Groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined and ready for development.
- Develop detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Monitor product performance metrics, including user adoption, engagement, and conversion rates, and use these insights to iterate on the product.
- Support key clients directly, providing hands-on advice, running pilots, and helping clients optimize their sales processes with our tools.
- Plan product releases and upgrades, ensuring smooth rollouts to users.
- Interview and analyze end-user needs to ensure product development aligns with market demands.
- Drive user adoption and retention strategies, ensuring that the product delivers continuous value and meets engagement goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Candidates with experience in marketing, advertising, or sales, especially within the e-commerce field, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in advertising and marketing is a must. Candidates with hands-on experience running ads (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) or working as marketers are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with livestream sales and social commerce is a strong advantage.
- Experience in online selling (whether for personal or professional purposes) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for product management, marketing, and social commerce.
- Willingness to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Hands-on approach: This role requires someone who is willing to get involved directly with customers, run pilots, and help them succeed with our products.
- Comfortable with multitasking, managing conflicting priorities, and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience working with brands or retail chains and managing large-scale marketing or sales automation projects.
- Experience with livestream sales or managing chatbots is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience running marketing campaigns or selling products through online channels.
