Main Job Purpose:

• Optimize Manufacturing Performance: Ensure high productivity and minimal delays in product manufacturing to meet demand quantities, while adhering to cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between teams and internal/external organizational departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and sustainable operations.
• Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives: Oversee operational excellence and process optimization projects aimed at enhancing production performance.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Optimize Production Scheduling: Establish and maintain effective production planning & scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products according to demand, utilizing resources efficiently and minimizing idle time on production lines.
• Manage Process Order Processing: Oversee the processing of production orders (including creation, release, staging, consumption consolidation, and technical completion) in SAP to meet customer demands and requirements based on production schedules.
• Analyze Material Requirements: Evaluate the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) and collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to ensure the availability of materials for production, aligning with sales and customer demand.
• Facilitate Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with site departments, including Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Site Administration (covering maintenance, manpower supply, shift management, and site activities), to ensure effective support for manufacturing operations.
• KPI Collection and Reporting: Gather and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production activities, ensuring compliance with governmental and regulatory reporting requirements relevant to product and material volumes.
• Support Quality and Safety Initiatives: Contribute to site activities and programs such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, GMP, and Behavior-Based Safety, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
• Execute Assigned Tasks: Diligently undertake any specific assignments from superiors and management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. 8. Drive Digital Initiatives: Lead efforts to develop and implement digital solutions, including data collection and digital platforms, to optimize the production planning process

Your Key Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Production Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of production processes and their integration within the overall supply chain.
• Change Management: Strong willingness to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
