The Program Manager (PM) is an operational role and has a key responsibility in ensuring Asia Motions’ programs running smoothly. Our programs aim to facilitate learning values for students through various activities in the outdoors, nature and open spaces. The PM is in charge for the quality of a program in terms of delivering activities, logistical and other enablement arrangement for the program, communication and being point of contact with all involved suppliers.
We are looking for a new member who has a great interest in this field of Adventure and Outdoor education, a self-driven team player. The position requires taking ownership of the assigned programs and completing the tasks required to prepare, manage and deliver the program best to the company’s standard. The PM will work alongside Program Leader (PL) and report to Operation Office Manager, supporting Asia Motions in all aspects of program organization.
Responsibilities

• Managing programs from A to Z: plan - prepare - execute - close.
• Work directly with all stakeholders in order to run the programs smoothly logistically.
• Contribute to the creation of new programs and designing new activities.
• Accompany for internal inspections (with reports) for new programs or with clients.
• Improve existing documentation.

Working environment

• Our office is based in Thao Dien, Thu Duc city.
• Some travels are required for the purpose of events.

• 1-year full-time contract with pro-rata 13th month salary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in event organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Well-organized and highly details-oriented. Creativity is necessary at times.
• Excellent at time management.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to deal with emergencies, flexible and proactive in problem solving with a high sense of responsibility.
• Has the awareness to assess for risk and solution-oriented mindset for safety management.
• Has the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Can maintain a good health, continuous travel for delivering programs is required.
