Saltmine is a B2B Saa S startup rebuilding the $300B workplace design industry from the ground up. We are combining modern technology with deep industry expertise to transform the process of workplace strategy to programming to design & costing. The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed. We’ve transformed what is traditionally a linear, expensive and time-consuming undertaking into a seamless cloud-based platform that uses analytics and contextual collaboration to enable our clients to select real estate and deliver spaces on time and on budget.


Within the past year our team has grown by 50% to 120 employees globally with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest & Vietnam - with an incredibly talented group of employees from the likes of Google, Autodesk, JLL and Gensler. We are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team. We’re a startup - the right person(s) should be hungry, scrappy, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore & US.


Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project lifecycles (custom demos, implementations) across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Maintain and deliver high-quality output that consistently aligns with established workflow standards and rigorously meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Enforce and enhance processes within the Operations team.
• Gather and translate client requirements into actionable project plans with clear, measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Interior Designers, Planners, Modeler, Catalog, Revit and Customer Success teams to clarify work scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Estimate and manage project team resources effectively.
• Identify, forecast, and resolve project risks proactively.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Consistently update progress using project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Hub Spot, Google Sheets/Drive).

Requirements

• Bachelor in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant
• 1+ year demonstrated experience in Project Management or 3+ years in the design/ architecture industry.
• Possess strong understanding about project management and related methodologies.
• Fast learner - must be able to become an expert on the Saltmine Design platform within a week!
• Amazing attention to details.
• Ability to:

• Learn quick - to digest interior design knowledge and adapt well with project management software
• Organize Information - to assemble interior requirements, give questions, translate them into technical specifications
• Think ahead - to forecast and mitigate or resolve potential project risks
• Work smart - to find your bottleneck and administer minimum effective dose
• Communicate - be excellent in both verbal and written, Vietnamese and English communication
• Be flexible - to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds

• Strong ownership, willing to take initiative, hard working and self-motivated to work under minimal supervision
• Have strong analytical, organization, interpersonal skills, and extremely resourceful
