What Saltmine is
Saltmine is a B2B Saa S startup rebuilding the $300B workplace design industry from the ground up. We are combining modern technology with deep industry expertise to transform the process of workplace strategy to programming to design & costing. The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed. We’ve transformed what is traditionally a linear, expensive and time-consuming undertaking into a seamless cloud-based platform that uses analytics and contextual collaboration to enable our clients to select real estate and deliver spaces on time and on budget.


Within the past year our team has grown by 50% to 120 employees globally with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest & Vietnam - with an incredibly talented group of employees from the likes of Google, Autodesk, JLL and Gensler. We are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team. We’re a startup - the right person(s) should be hungry, scrappy, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company. We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore & US.


What you do

• Analyze, design, implement and monitor Project Management end-to-end process and key indicators on life cycle of standard customer projects across all project phases: requirement gatherings, planning, execution, and hand-over closure with most updated progress to relevant stakeholders
• Assemble client's requirements to turn into executable project plans with well-defined, measurable, and attainable objectives. Estimate and manage the project team resources, forecast and identify project risks and propose resolutions
• Coordinate Interior Design, 3D Ops, Cataloging and Workplace Strategy team to ensure requirement clarification, timeline and deliverables. Explore industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Build and engage strong relationships with other teams and/or clients, manage stakeholder expectations
• Strategic initiatives: Map out all possibilities and define scopes of work for the Operations team’s strategic initiatives, be the point person and manage communication with all relevant teams
• Take ownership of the Operations team’s strategic initiatives: work in lockstep with the Product and Engineering team to build and integrate new product features, own the internal and client-facing process and join hands with Customer Success team to drive successful client product adoption
• Oversee the Project Coordinators, Catalog and Revit Units, set and track OKRs, and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and high-quality output, aligned with the standards of the Operations team.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in product management / development or operation role in a funded Saa S or e-commerce player. Top-tier consulting, investment banking or performance marketing experience is also welcome.
• 2+ year of experience of managing a team of minimum 5
• Excellent academic credentials - undergraduate from a premium college or an MBA / Master graduate from a top-tier Business school
• A technology fanatic and new-tech early adopter is welcome
• Solid understanding of technical Saa S products
• A fast-learner and master at time-management, multi-tasking and planning
• Extensive attention to detail
• Extremely organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency / impact
• Eager to work within a culturally and professionally diversified team environment on multiple simultaneous projects
• Hard working and self-motivated to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written & spoken English is a must
• Tech stack: Slack, Airtable, Hubspot, Zapier, Jira, Power BI / Sisense, SQL, Excel / Google Sheets. Master of any of these is a plus
