As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure project success.
  
• Allocate resources, including designers, video editors, and producers, to projects in a manner that maximizes team productivity.
  
• Maintain high-quality standards for creative output, ensuring that all deliverables align with the company's brand and quality guidelines.
  
• Assist in budget management, monitoring project expenses and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
  
• Work closely with the creative team to address their needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, UXUI, and technology, to align project objectives with business goals.
  
• Provide regular reports to the Studio M anager on project status, resource u tilization , and any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement .
  
• Supporting the Studio Manager’s efforts to improve our workflow management by implementing and streamlining efficient processes for smooth collaboration within the creative team and with stakeholders.
  
• Responsible for infrastructure optimization by building and managing workflow tools, subscriptions, and platforms.
  
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to enhance and refine the creative process, from concept development to final execution.
  

We're looking for someone who:

• Has f amiliarity with project management software and creative tools to facilitate project tracking and coordination e.g. Jira, Bynder , Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  
• Has b udget management experience and financial acumen.
  
• U nderstands design, video production, and creative processes.
  
• Has s trong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• Has a proactive mindset, capable of identifying and addressing potential roadblocks in the creative process.
