Overview
We are looking for a PM to join our Tech JDI business unit. The PM will be responsible for overseeing the project management office, ensuring that planning and execution of software projects is in alignment with business objectives. The focus will be on managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations rather than deep technical involvement.
Role & Responsibilities

• Project Monitoring and Compliance

● Oversee and monitor all project activities to ensure adherence to established protocols and processes.
● Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Reporting and Documentation

● Prepare project reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
● Develop and manage templates, tools, and processes to streamline project documentation and reporting.

• Stakeholder Management

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially clients, including team members and management.
● Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on project status and performance.

• Project Planning and Management

● Work with sales consultant and client for project scope, costing, and deliverables
● Develop comprehensive project plan including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
● Coordinate project activities, ensure all project milestones are completed on time, and managing resources according to budget

• Project Support and Problem Solving

● Identify potential problems and develop mitigation plans
● Resolve project issues quickly and effectively to keep project on track
● Monitor project activities and address any deviation from plan
Are you the right fit?
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management,…)
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development environment.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese

Pay: 30,000,000₫ - 50,000,000₫ per month
