Just Markets is seeking a talented and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts in Vietnam. Your mission will be to become the engine of our marketing endeavors in the region, leading integrated 360 campaigns that support our strategic expansion. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Country Directors to shape and improve the regional commercial plan
• Developing and implementing dynamic regional marketing strategies that align with our overall commercial vision and developing plans to achieve ambitious commercial targets
• Architect and refine comprehensive briefs for events and campaigns, aiming to enhance upper funnel dynamics, acquisition rates, and CRM engagement for both retail and partner networks, while also launching regional initiatives that align with our commercial aspirations and amplify brand visibility
• Actively engage with the regional marketing team to solve business problems and provide strategic advice
• Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analyses within the region, translating insights into groundbreaking campaign strategies
• Ensure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to find new marketing prospects while meeting regulatory standards
• Diligently monitor and report on key performance indicators, extracting actionable insights and pinpointing avenues for enhancement
• Play a key role in post-campaign evaluations and strategic recalibrations
• Oversee regional marketing spend, ensuring it is in line with our strategic objectives
• Act as a key marketing bridge and advocate in regional forums, fostering strong cross-functional relationships
• Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual campaign programs in coordination with the marketing planning department, ensuring consistency of the global campaign narrative

Requirements:

• Experience in development of marketing strategy
• Experience in launching a new product
• Experience with website and application analytics
• Experience with paid traffic sources (Google/Meta and others)
• Experience with social media
• Experience working with monthly budgets from 50-100K

Will be a plus:

• Prior exposure to the Fintech or i Gaming sectors
• Familiarity with analytical tools like Tableau and Power Bi
