Location: Everywhere in Vietnam/Thailand/Cambodia/China
Key Responsibilities
Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Treat sensitively all confidential customer information.
Update precise records in required systems.
Deliver clear instructions.
Key Requirements
High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate).
Mandarin/Cantonese: Fluent
English level: C1 or above.
As a must customer support - post-sales support (both in a technical environment).
Working night shifts (following the US market)
