We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Working hours:

• Morning shift: 8AM - 12PM Vietnam time (4hours)
• Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours)
• Totaling 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
• If you apply for Part time, you will work 8 PM to 12 AM Vietnam time (Evening shift)

Salary: 12.000.000 VND - 15.000.000 VND monthly
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions to the general ledger.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses as required.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
• Assist in monitoring budget performance and variance analysis.
• Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports.
• Stay current with changes in accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and software.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
• Provide support to other finance team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
