Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on creating visually appealing content using Canva and expertly managing our Facebook Ads campaigns. Working Conditions

• Zoom meetings required during working hours.
• Working Hours (Vietnam Time): Monday: 8PM - 12AM; Tuesday to Friday: 8AM - 12PM & 8PM - 12AM; Saturday: 8AM - 12PM.

Salary: 8 million VND (base salary) + commission.
Responsibilities

• PRIMARY FOCUS – Facebook Ads Management.
• Assist in the making and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and event marketing.
• Develop and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
• Use Canva to create graphic design for contents.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to determine the effectiveness of each campaign.
• Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer preferences.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Vietnamese (Fluent) and English (Intermediate).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Experience with Canva for basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
