Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet all guests arriving at the lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Wear traditional Vietnamese dress to enhance the cultural experience for guests.
  • Introduce and promote resort activities, facilities, and services.
  • Provide accurate directions and information about the resort and surrounding areas.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort's offerings and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold the resort's standards of service and hospitality.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề
Yêu cầu công việc:
Female, over 165cm in height.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
