Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet all guests arriving at the lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Wear traditional Vietnamese dress to enhance the cultural experience for guests.
Introduce and promote resort activities, facilities, and services.
Provide accurate directions and information about the resort and surrounding areas.
Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort's offerings and local attractions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold the resort's standards of service and hospitality.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề
Yêu cầu công việc:

Female, over 165cm in height.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
