Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer relationships, preparing sales documents, and coordinating sales activities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English, with Japanese language skills being an advantage. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Support the sales team in managing and nurturing customer relationships.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer orders and deliveries.

Sales Documentation:

• Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotations, sales contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments, such as logistics and technical support.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports and performance metrics.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Assist in the analysis of sales data to support strategic planning.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Handle general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

Language Proficiency:

• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Japanese language skills are a significant advantage, facilitating communication with Japanese-speaking supplier and partners.

Qualifications:

• Study in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the audio visual system integrator industry is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Pay: 12,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hồ Chí Minh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
