Flex Vietnam is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Consultant joining our team.
Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Present and promote Flex Vietnam's services to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Create detailed proposals and presentations for potential clients
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of B2B experience (HR, Recruitment, payroll, accounting, legal sales is preferred)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
