Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client – a top paper trading company in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in the paper trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales transactions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Handle all sales transactions for paper products (FBB/WLC/CCNB etc) in Vietnam market
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other branches and the sales team to coordinate efforts and achieve sales targets.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or trading industry, preferably in paper sales.
• Strong knowledge of trading (import & export) and Vietnam market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: English & Chinese (Chinese is preferable)
