Job description

• To achieve the company’s sales objectives for the assigned markets.
• To set customer-wise target for each agent in the beginning of the year in consultation with superior officer and agents.
• To assist the agents with strategy, technical back-up and customer relationship to advance
• To assist the agents with strategy, company presentation, conducting product trials and relationship in companies
• To constantly evaluate the performance of agents customer-wise on monthly/quarterly basis and advise them with strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
• To monitor and report competition activities in the market from time to time to the management of the company.
• To monitor the product performance and advise factory for upgradation / corrections that maybe required to ensure that continues to provide the best possible nproducts to our customers.

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably with major Textile Spinning
• Must have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in total, out of which 2-5 years’ experience in Sales / Service of Textile Spinning machines and/or spare part
• Must be smart, intelligent and career driven with positive track record and notable achievements in previous organizations.
• Must speak and write English. Additionally Mandarin speaking candidates will be given preference.
• Must have good knowledge of computer including MS Office.

Pay: 40,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month
