Team and Role Introduction:
Laz Live Team is responsible for growing Lazada Livestream activities & sales performance, via building, operating, monitoring & implementing Laz Live operations & initiatives

***Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead livestream initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial sales goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Traffic, and Operations teams to increase livestream visibility and drive traffic to key sessions and livestream channel
• Oversee seamless operation of key livestream sessions with planning and coordination to optimize performance and deliver successful outcomes
• Manage the budget for livestream activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including viewership, engagement, conversion rates, and sales generated from livestreams and continuously optimize the efficiency
• Partner with tech and product teams to continually optimize livestreaming technology, enhancing the user experience and ensuring audience engagement
• Identify trends and opportunities in livestreaming to maintain a competitive edge
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the livestream activities

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experienced in livestream operation or e-commerce
• Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and the livestreaming landscape
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI
• Strong problem-solving skill and collaboration with a track record of working cross-functional teams
• Analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, execution-oriented and challenging work environment
• Fluent in English and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
