About the role
Supporting accounts with graphic design development and with creative strategy input. Mainly involved in Vietnam based projects, you’d also contribute to regional ones when your help/expertise is required. This also includes potential support to account managers during client meetings that are relating to branding and graphic design matters. More generally, you would be working with a team to meet client KPIs, assisting other departments if need be and generating positive business results for the agency.



About You

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative strategy, preferably within an agency setting.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketching, and practical knowledge of animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and visual storytelling across both digital and traditional media.
• Strong understanding of marketing trends and how design impacts business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with account teams and other departments.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing visually sophisticated and polished work that aligns with client goals.
• “Can do” attitude, able to work under pressure & tight deadline.

TRAVEL AND PLACE OF WORK
Work location: Your primary work location will be at the Vero Super Campus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where the inspiring city views create an environment conducive to creativity and productivity. Occasionally, the Company may require you to work from other locations, and any additional expenses incurred will be reimbursed accordingly.
