Responsibilities

• Develop products and create lab samples based on project requirements from sales

and new product ideas derived from Innovation Hub's market research.

• Participate in and support research, consult on formulas, and manufacturing processes

for new product development projects for clients.

• Collaborate with suppliers to develop projects and provide regular reports to suppliers

and management.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding sample-related issues, documentation, and

customer feedback.

• Conduct in-house training on technical/product aspects

Qualifications

• University graduate majoring in Food technology or related fields.

• 3 years of technical experience in the Food ingredients industry.

• Proficiency in English

• Strong teamwork and personnel management skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
