PURPOSE

• Establish, enforce, and oversee the activities and guidelines that are needed as part of the rules of conducts for cloud use
• Discover, protect and assure all FWD Cloud applications are aligned to our business, compliance and regulatory requirements in where FWD present.
• Guide & manage on user access guidelines, reduce security risk across multi-cloud environment.
• Support One Cloud Team organization by managing and tracking the overview of the Cloud investment & its ROI, and the overview of delivery & performance of the One Cloud Team organization.

• Support Head of One Cloud Team, to enable operating model in terms of strategy, process, structure, roles and responsibilities, talent and skillsets, interface & communications, governance & regulations, and performance metrics. From & track the overview status to ensure the team enforce the right decisions and have the operation capability to deliver on target cloud solution states.
• Playing as a project lead role for project deliverables at all phases especially during design phase with stakeholder for projects around engineering governance, governance automations (Policy/Tagging automation) & conduct compliance check with industry best practices
• Identify guidelines and cloud practices across multi-disciplinary functions, such as, defining business requirements, IT strategy, architecture, technology and services, information, data and risk management
• Decide and execute cloud governance standards across wide-range of technologies, such as AI, APIs, data platforms, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement automation and other appropriate mechanisms that enforce good governance practices, including security incidents and cost anomalies
• Implement and manage cloud security including IAM, VPCs, security groups, audit logs, data encryption, key management, and regular vulnerability scans.
• Analyze the cloud insights and recommend best practices and security control advice to help governance in different FWD markets
• Establish a cloud governance framework which establish and enforce the rules of conducts for cloud use
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices including AWS Well Architected Framework.

• 5+ years in delivering data/cloud governance implementation covering areas of security, IT operations, IT infrastructure, networking, Identity and virtualization
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in cloud optimization and governance activities not limited to cloud native tools such AWS Guard Duty, Azure Policy, AWS Macie etc.
• Experience in working with global team, preferably in security and governance domains
• Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud governance solutions.
• Ability to communicate the One Cloud Team strategy to fulfill all regulatory and security standard
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for governance improvements

• Ensuring efficient functioning of cloud governance and processing accordance with company security policies and standards in cloud security.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good English communication and client management skills
• Implementation experience in Life insurance systems, e.g. Point of sales, compensation system, workflow and CRM will be an advantage.
