Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the brand architecture at the regional level in alignment with Global Brand strategy and market/customer needs
• Ensure brand alignment, clear positioning, and messaging across different product categories (feed, FAI, premix) and species (swine, poultry, and ruminants)
• Support the country's marketing teams in implementing their marketing plan consistent with the brand strategy, with Vietnam as a priority.
• Create a Marketing Plan for Vietnam and other markets.
• Manage and analyze market data and brand insights including market trends, customer insights, and and competitive intelligence to support strategic business decisions and design relevant initiatives for customer engagement
• Execute marketing campaigns and deploy sales enablement tools to support our sales team
• Coordinate marketing communications activities, including but not limited to:

o Events (Global Brand Experience, Sponsorships, and Customer events)
o External communications (social media, digital marketing, advertising, articles among others)

• Support the development of launch kits for new products and services
• Liaise with CD&D, Brand Design & Regulatory for execution and deployment of Marketing Collaterals

Requirements and Qualifications
Education

• Degree in Marketing or Business Management. A degree in Animal science or similar relevant field will be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years experience in Marketing in Animal Industry.
• Preferably with working experience in multinational companies and regional marketing role in APAC.

Skills

• Strategic Marketing knowledge and experience
• Leadership skills in marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Analytical and strategic thinking. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in the Vietnamese language.

• Availability to travel (domestic and international)
