(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)Senior Mechanical Engineer - experience in manufacturing engineering, product development at manufacturers; specialized in products of metal die casting, pressing, CNC machining, and Rubber, Plastic. You will have opportunity to develop a broad range of skills in manufacturing, design, and supplier quality management. Additionally, you will have chance to collaborate with U.S. customers and manufacturers in Vietnam.
Kỹ sư cơ khí cấp cao – Kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật sản xuất, chế tạo, phát triển sản phẩm và tìm kiếm nguồn cung ứng cho sản phẩm kỹ thuật. Đặc biệc sản phẩm trong lĩnh vực đúc áp lực, dập, gia công CNC và cao su, nhựa. Bạn sẽ có cơ hội phát triển rộng trong lĩnh vực sản xuất/ chế tạo, thiết kế, quản lý chất lượng nhà cung cấp. Bạn cũng sẽ có cơ hội làm việc với các khách hàng Mỹ và các nhà sản xuất tại Việt Nam.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Review and feedback DFM, tooling design and requirements of project.
• Deploy APQP requirements; Co-ordinate with supplier to complete PPAP document.
• Manage drawing, engineering documents and samples.
• Monitor production and solve problems in production. It’s included control initial quality in supplier. Continuous improvement.
• Control and manage changes of suppliers. It is included ECN, 5M, Deviation.
• Manage suppliers, projects; Consultant, training to enhance supplier to meet QCD targets.

• Report to Technical Director

Requirements

• At least 4 years working experience in manufacturing engineering, product development at manufacturers; specialized in products of metal die casting, pressing, CNC machining, and Rubber/Plastic
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good English communication.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Understanding manufacturing processes; Ability of self-studying on new technology and manufacturing process.
• Confidence, ability to work independently, good communication, strong negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel for work in provinces, particularly in Northern Vietnam.

• MS Office, Solid Works (or any 3D software for designation), Auto CAD, application software and searching tools.
