As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and execute various types of testing. Your role will also involve mentoring junior QA members and continuously improving our QA processes.

How You Can Contribute

• Test Planning and Execution

• Lead the creation, development, and execution of test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Defect Management and Resolution

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using issue tracking tools.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis on issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Provide input on testability and quality risks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

• Mentorship and Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior QA/QC Engineers, providing training and support to help them grow professionally.
• Share best practices and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Innovation and Industry Best Practices
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in QA.
• Ensure the team is using the latest and most effective testing techniques.

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong technical skills: Web/Mobile Testing, UI Testing, API testing;
• Hands-on experience with System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing;
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar is a plus
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication in both spoken and written English.
