• Develop innovative search techniques that are relevant in the Asia market to meet and exceed the hiring manager’s requirements such as identification of “niche” sourcing methods via Linked In, local job boards, networking, professional conference recruiting, virtual recruiting, etc.
• Build and foster strong relationships with internal customers and work collaboratively with HR team to ensure there is quality in every hire and with efficiency
• Support recruiting efforts for our Asia locations in a creative and progressive way. Responsible for recruiting and hiring in Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan and more
• Improve end-to-end talent process including sourcing, screening, candidate interviewing and assessment, reference checking and negotiating offer packages
• Utilize branding to attract passive candidates to support proactive recruiting efforts
• Make independent decisions that diversify candidate and applicant pool, reduce time-to-fill, and increase overall number of qualified applicants
• May support the HR team and with HR projects that include employee engagement activities and department events.

• Demonstrated successful track record in a full lifecycle recruiting and customer satisfaction in a high-volume, multi-client environment
• Expert in resourceful/creative sourcing methods across numerous functions and countries
• Pro-active, energetic, self-assured professional with high personal integrity and ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
• Tenacious and adept at managing communications and relationships at all levels within the organization
• Strong self-starter with ability and desire to work with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Fluent in English

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years recruiting experience
• Previous recruiting experience in a fast-paced high volume corporate environment
