POSITION SUMMARY
Serve and supervise maintenance of turbine mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose symptoms to determine causes of abnormal operations to be able to specify adequate corrective action. Maintain manuals, procedures, historical information, CMMS and inspection records ensuring adequate update. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform maintenance duties in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.
• Based on experience, equipment history and O&M manuals establish scope, frequency and method for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on turbines and related mechanical equipment.
• Specify and procure mechanical spares and services as required.
• Supervise work on attributed system ensuring safe, effective and efficient implementation of work method statement.
• Prepare, maintain and update documentation, reports and CMMS as required.
• Promote team development and training. Develop required procedures to ensure the established maintenance strategy is known and implemented.
• Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical Engineering Degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial environment role, including maintenance engineering of rotating equipment and maintenance work planning. Previous supervisory experience appreciated.
• Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.
• Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance for Mechanical facilities such as turbine, turbine auxiliaries, etc.
• Prefer a certificate of completion on mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal combustion theory and thermal dynamic theory.
• Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of turbine, turbine auxiliary of Super critical coal boiler power plant
• A certificate of completion for training courses on the structure and basic principle of Boiler facilities such as Mill, Axial fan, Air preheating system, and Coal burning system.
• Possess advanced level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate. Able to communicate using advanced vocabularies.
