About the Role:

• Manage mortgage valuation team to conduct valuation assignments under regulation of current Vietnam law on price.
• Undertake valuation assignments in Vietnam independently or as part of a team

• Reviewing market area periodically to ensure up to date comprehensive market knowledge
• Understanding of proprietary database, as to input and output of information; manage quality control of proprietary database - ensuring quality and integrity of data
• Interacting with service lines in order to gain market insight

About You:

• Valuation certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance (Thẻ Thẩm Định Viên Về Giá của Bộ Tài Chính)
• Relevant degree in property valuation
• Relevant professional membership (MRICS)
