• Provide support to Development Facilitators, Sponsorship Facilitator, and AP Manager in compiling and finalizing reports/plan of action/MVC list; accompanying visitors, and maintaining a routine Design; Monitoring and Evaluation (DME) system.
• Build and maintain effective partnership with relevant sectoral district offices.
• In cooperation with Technical teams, provide sufficient technical guidance, inputs, trainings, coaching to AP staff.
• Implement Technical Programs (TP) activities at the district level, based on an approved plan and budget

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work and/or related field
• Motorbike driving license is required
• At least 3 years of work experience in community development.
• Experience in program implementation, community mobilization, participatory approaches, program monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and analysis.
• Strong partnering and collaborating skills with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Language requirement: Vietnamese: Fully fluent. English: Intermediate
