Role Description:
The Administrative Assistant works on the hybrid model in Buenos Aires. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to critical financial initiatives while developing your skills in finance and administration.

Role Description:
The Administrative Assistant works on the hybrid model in Buenos Aires. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to critical financial initiatives while developing your skills in finance and administration.
The tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring all entries were complete and up-to-date.
- Support the communication between the finance team and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Schedule and organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Comply to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and CIBT’s Consulate Compliance Policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
