Automation Solutions Engineer
Requirements
Pay: $1,996,603.78 - $2,495,648.50 per month
- Salary: up to $30,000 USD annually
- 100% Remote from Latin America
- Full-time
- COE contract
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, software engineering, or application development
- Proficiency in Python programming and SQL
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (RPA experience is a plus)
- Strong English proficiency for understanding nuanced client requirements
- Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor automation workflows
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL, and proprietary technologies
- Utilize generative AI and advanced AI models to optimize automation processes
- Work closely with clients to expand and fine-tune existing solutions
- Troubleshoot and provide support for deployed automations to ensure seamless functionality
- Document workflows, processes, and solutions, contributing to the company's best practices.
