Automation Solutions Engineer
  • Salary: up to $30,000 USD annually
  • 100% Remote from Latin America
  • Full-time
  • COE contract
We are searching for a talented Automation Solutions Engineer to become a key member of our client’s Deployments Team. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance automation solutions using a proprietary platform, Python, and SQL. This position is fully remote, with a focus on candidates located in Argentina or LATAM due to time zone alignment with our U.S.-based clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in automation, software engineering, or application development
  • Proficiency in Python programming and SQL
  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (RPA experience is a plus)
  • Strong English proficiency for understanding nuanced client requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor automation workflows
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL, and proprietary technologies
  • Utilize generative AI and advanced AI models to optimize automation processes
  • Work closely with clients to expand and fine-tune existing solutions
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for deployed automations to ensure seamless functionality
  • Document workflows, processes, and solutions, contributing to the company's best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,996,603.78 - $2,495,648.50 per month
