Bilingual Remote Bookkeeper - Argentina

We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper with advanced accounting knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, capable of manipulating complex formulas, and have a minimum basic understanding of accounting. This role involves importing data to accounting software, daily data entry, and daily reconciliation. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO, who will train the right candidate with the necessary knowledge.
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up to date.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate formulas and manage data.
  • Import data from Excel into accounting software efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with the CEO and team.
  • Provide daily updates and reports as part of a routine.
  • Ensure all data entry and accounting processes comply with IT and security protocols.
  • Use cloud servers for secure data management.
  • Demonstrate the capability to train future employees.
  • Assist in developing training materials and programs for new hires.
Must Haves:
  • +3 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper with advanced accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including complex formula manipulation.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in training and developing new employees.
