Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor engagement letters and profitability reports on a monthly basis.
• Accurately track audit team hours and ensure compliance with time management protocols.
• Coordinate with the billing team post-engagement letter signing to schedule invoices.
• Update systems with new client information following a specific checklist.
• Prepare quizzes and update training materials in Trainual weekly.
• Monitor and ensure the audit team completes required trainings and licensing renewals.
• Prepare and file accounts payable forms as needed.
• Maintain the Quality Control Calendar and adhere to timelines for related tasks.
• Generate non-attest services reports and run budget vs. actual reports for clients as needed.
• Assist in streamlining internal processes, managing documentation, and supporting project workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in audit are a plus.
• Previous experience in project coordination, process management, or administrative support within a corporate environment.
• Background in administrative roles within CPA or tax advisory firms, particularly in audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI; experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Karbon.
• Basic knowledge of audit language and procedures.
