We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic, remote team. In this role, you will ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, managing scope, timelines, and costs effectively. Handle out-of-scope requests appropriately and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors, and technical teams through emails, project documentation, Jira tasks, and meetings.
- Participate in and collaborate on requirements gathering to understand client needs, serving as the primary point of contact with the technical team. Assist in creating proposals and supporting business development efforts.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include clear objectives, schedules, and cost breakdowns to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare project closure reports, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and allocate necessary resources for each project. Act as a facilitator to resolve any issues that arise within the project team.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership. Identify risks early and escalate them to management when needed.
- Identify and present additional value opportunities to clients, helping expand accounts and contributing to the growth of our services.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to communicate with clients in the US and the development team in Argentina).
- 4+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong understanding of managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience in the healthcare software market or related health IT services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, project goals, and issues to various stakeholders.
- Organized and methodical, with experience maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies of project management.
- Experience using Jira or similar issue- and project-tracking platforms.
- Familiarity with Gantt charts, technical PM documentation, and software architecture diagrams.
