Procurement Manager - Based in Argentina

Job Purpose:
The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management across multiple properties within their assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring cost-efficient procurement processes that align with company standards, while supporting inventory control systems and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for multiple countries and properties. -
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms.

Oversee the complete purchasing process, from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards.

Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to support demand forecasting and budget planning.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulations.

Implement and support inventory control systems to improve procurement efficiency.

Participate in internal audits related to procurement and supply chain processes.

Identify opportunities for cost savings, improving procurement efficiency across the properties.

Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -
5+ years of procurement experience, ideally within the hospitality industry and in multi-property environments.

Strong understanding of inventory management processes and strategies.

Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage several countries and properties.
