We are currently looking for a Program Operations Manager to work for a technology project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops SOPs and frameworks for program governance.

• Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies, while

representing the Google business and MCCP program’s vision to internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors

• Manages program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs. Implements

continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support
data-driven results

• Produces and maintains project plans and scope requirement documentation for all aspects of

the program

• Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between MCCP team and internal stakeholders

• Drives engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders

• Owns and manages MCCP Program knowledgebase. Creates, maintains and enhances training materials

• Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime

• Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level.

• Owns logistics for managing the program and serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• More than 5 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Planning Strategy, Sales Operations

• Advance Excel / Google sheets and being comfortable with large sets of data

• Experience with CRM and billing systems such as salesforce

• Has experience in enterprise GTM or Sales Ops role

• Experience in Could Ecosystem

• IT/Sales/GTM/Saa S background is nice to have.

• Advanced English
