SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a global technology company specializing in self-service payment solutions and digital customer engagement for the retail petroleum industry. Headquartered in New Zealand, they offer a range of innovative products designed to enhance the customer experience at fuel stations and retail locations. The solution is designed to provide secure, fast, and reliable payment processing at fuel dispensers. These terminals support various payment methods, including EMV, NFC, and mobile payments. This software platform enables remote management and monitoring of payment devices. It includes features for security, diagnostics, and real-time updates, facilitating efficient operation and maintenance. The solutions allow for remote monitoring and management, reducing downtime and maintenance costs while ensuring devices are always up-to-date and secure. The client operates in multiple countries and serves many clients, from small independent fuel retailers to large multinational chains. Description of Project: Working with VP PMO to develop engineering operations KPI trackers, team resourcing trackers, JIRA usage and data queries, and data translation into Power BI or Excel.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in development and tool creation using JIRA, Power BI, and Excel (you must be a Power BI user, not just experience or knowledge).
Responsibilities:
Use their technical expertise and analysis skills to help businesses and organizations solve problems and improve their systems.
Analyze data related to science, engineering, business, and other areas to identify problems and develop solutions. It could include analyzing a company's IT capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
Improve a company's computer systems, software, and processes. It could be implementing new systems and programs, assessing web-based customer portals, and suggesting solutions to improve systems like HR or payroll.
Oversee the implementation of technical projects and solutions, working with stakeholders and technical teams. It could be mapping and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, scoping new projects, and facilitating workshops.
Provide technical assistance when setting up new systems or implementing a project. You may also analyze or recommend commercially available software.
