About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in advancing our applications, leveraging a diverse set of technologies to ensure optimal performance and user experience. You will be responsible for shipping platform features from conception to design, prototype, and implementation.


Reponsibilities

• Lead Discovery sessions and workshops with key stakeholders to learn from their specific knowledge and create common understandings.
• Create Wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross functional Agile teams to integrate user feedback into design iterations.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights.
• Communicate design ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
• Strong experience using Figma.
• Strong Portfolio showcasing problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
