Strategy & Compliance - Maria Eugenia Plant (Rojas, Argentina)

Main Purpose: This new position is responsible for Strategy & Compliance within the Technical Support Mission at the Maria Eugenia Plant. The Technical Support Mission oversees external operations, facilities, utilities, and supply chain processes for both field and plant operations. The role is key in co-designing short-, medium-, and long-term strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, and managing budget accountability.

You will report to the Mission VACC lead and collaborate with coaches and teams across the squad to track and support cost efficiency goals, achieve results, and ensure compliance with KPIs and project timelines.

Your mission will be to:

• Coordinate activities across the Technical Support Mission (external operations, facilities, utilities, IT strategy, and supply chain processes).
• Manage the budget preparation, tracking, and control for the Maria Eugenia Plant and field operations.
• Co-design the strategy and ensure timely delivery of expected results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs through dashboard development and regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (LTO) and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategy development, including leading teams or projects.
• Experience with financial processes, budget management, and cost efficiency.
• English proficiency: desirable.
• Advanced skills in results orientation, influence, building relationships & networks, and agility.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively.
