We are currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader, to be part of a project for a very well-known healthcare technology solutions company. Overall, this company fuses technology, a deep understanding of the body, and leading medical science to create never-before-seen solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the managing of a team of operators handling service desk requests via phone, chat, and email.
- You will be responsible for conducting effective resource planning to maximize productivity, design and analyze of reports to find performance gaps.
- Coach the team accordingly and monitor in real time the SLAs to ensure all objectives are met.
- You should be proficient in Spanish and English.
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team lead/supervisor.
- Proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc.)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is required).
- Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to monitor and analyze real-time data.
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Goal and result-oriented mindset.
