W Win Engineering is a 100% Australian family owned and operated business. We are a leading supplier of concrete pump spare parts & accessories and manufacture our own brand of line pumps. W Win Engineering has a close knit dynamic team of highly experienced and qualified Engineers, Mechanical Fitters and Welders
We also provide services, repairs and maintenance to concrete line and boom pumps in our workshop. Due to continued growth of both our retail workshop and new line pump sales we are currently looking for a Full Time 2nd Class Welder to assist the workshop team in Sydney.
About the role
Reporting to the head mechanic, your daily duties will include but not limited to:
- Assist service technicians with basic welding jobs as required for new concrete pumps being manufactured in the workshop
- Assist with basic welding jobs as required for production of spare parts in the workshop
- Assist service technicians as required on major repairs and servicing jobs
- Assist mechanics with workshop related tasks as required
To be a SUCCESSFUL candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Previous experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Basic MIG welding
- Ability to pass internal basic weld test
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed
- An ability to work well with others and independently.
- Reliable & Honest work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Do you have experience working on concrete pump/plant or truck & chassis mounted industries?
