Are you a qualified class instructor looking to pick up a few extra sessions across the week?

Whilst many of our members at Plus Fitness Padstow like to DIY their fitness, we also offer a range of 30-45 min classes to help give extra motivation to those members who enjoy more of a group exercise format. Taking place in our 150sqm Training Studio with a range of quality functional equipment available, our members enjoy circuit style programs including Strong, Hii T, LAB (legs, abs, butts) and Core. We also offer a 6 week bootcamp style program at most times of the year - and are always open to new ideas to engage even more of our members!
With just 4-12 members per class, you can really connect with each person and ensure they are training effectively. Many of them have been with us for years and built a strong community and friendships, which you can be part of too!
