MILK PEG FEEDING & CPAP experience is ESSENTIAL
WILLINGNESS TO DRIVE A VEHICLE modified for wheelchair access
Occasional TRANSFERS - lift is available inhouse, otherwise a 2 person lift
Monday to Sunday - up to 7 days available

• 11pm - 7am
• Passive 8 hour shift
• FLAT RATE $210 per night -

Young boy with severe muscular dystrophy - gastro feeding - milk peg feeds, medication administration, through the peg.
PASSIVE OVERNIGHT DUTIES:
Medication administration as required
Change nappies as needed
Move him from side to side every 1 or more hours
If you need to work more than 2 hours then we pay per hourly rate (Night rate)
REPORTS TO: Support Coordinator
⮚ Assistance with Daily Personal Activities - to enable people with needs to live as autonomously as possible - supports are provided by personnel with experience/qualification. You will be providing in home personal care & domestic assistance for our disabled participants. And taking participants to where they need to go.
ESSENTIAL: Meet all NDIS reporting requirements.
