3 years PAE + Lawyer / Associate – Property, Planning & Environment
The Role
We are seeking a lawyer or associate (3-5 years PAE) to join our Property, Planning and Environment team.
In this role, no two days will be the same as you work with the team on market-leading transactions whilst being encouraged to develop genuine client relationships. Your contribution will be recognised and rewarded with career progression encouraged and supported under the mentorship of industry-recognised senior lawyers and partners.
The variety of matters you will work on include:
- Advising clients on the full spectrum of property acquisitions and disposals
- Providing legal advice on the real property components of commercial and corporate transactions
- Undertaking due diligence investigations and reporting in capital transactions
- Advising on commercial, industrial, and retail property leasing matters
- Minimum 3+ years’ PAE in real property law and transactions
- Ability to work in a dynamic team
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality work
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing time frames effectively
- Pragmatic, outcome focused approach
- Dedication to excellence and the delivery of outstanding client service
- Desire to strengthen and build client relationships to continually contribute to the growth and success of the firm
